Projects

The new development of Kennett Square Apartments is currently under construction. This community will feature 166 luxury units within two separate buildings spanning nearly 160,000 sq. feet in total. Construction of the apartments has been divided into two phases, Sections A& B. This project is being done in partnership with Cedar Run Construction. The BCI is currently working hard to efficiently install prefabricated walls, sub flooring, and joists. Check out our progress video below!
